What about a veggie stir-fry or curry to break up the monotony of uncooked food?
I don’t mind the raw thing yet—I’ve been eating so much lately that nothing much tastes good anyway, so figured I might as well keep it as simple as possible—but I’m sure I’ll be ready for a curry or two soon. I’ve had my eye on a cauliflower-chickpea one that looks promising.
