Sage Combination.

The sage in the backyard is soft, hearty and ready to be used. So when I spotted miniature butternut squash ravioli last week during a trip to World Market, I knew exactly what to do.

My meal would consist of the pasta, the sage, and butter, smoked sausage and onion.

Easy, easy, easy. And cheap. Most of this stuff was already in my fridge.

In the end, I couldn’t really taste the butternut squash, but that wasn’t the point. I got to use my sage and eat tons of sausage as a result. Happy, happy girl.
